On February 27, 2020, took place our second Members Meeting at Chambre des Métiers

The theme of this new meeting was Upskilling and Reskilling.

At first, Marc Bissen, Conseiller en formation at Chambre des Métiers talked about Upskilling, Reskilling, and Cross-skilling via the Brevet de Maîtrise​ (BdM). Through his presentation, he explained to us the objectives of this new BdM. He also talked about digital support tools and how the Chambre des Métiers goes digital “eBM”. Then, Claudine Kariger, from SMC and Digital Luxembourg talked about Advanced Digital Skills. She presented the Digital Skills Policy and the different projects of Digital Luxembourg. You can find her whole presentation here

Florence Juillien, Senior Training Strategy Advisor at Chambre de Commerce and Luc Henzig, Directeur Formation at Chambre de Commerce and House of Training CEO explained how we can develop our skills to meet the challenges of digitisation. They exposed their missions and the wide range of programs proposed by Chambre de Commerce and House of Training. Their presentation is here (in French).

Finally, Guy Pütz, Head of employer services at Adem talked about the importance of Reskilling and Upskilling and presented the ICT Trainings organised by ADEM. You can find his presentation here.
